We’ve always kept it simple but now we’ve taken things up a notch by implementing something entirely new.
Booking a Picturematic event photo booth is now fully automated thanks to Booth Book. Now in the thoroughly modern way, clients can book without encountering a single human being. Let’s save that effort for the party hey.
Accessed via a calendar, customers can instantly see what options are available for any given date. From which photo booth is available, at which specific time, to choosing their favourite background and which specific print layout they’d like at the event. Once all those options are chosen the payment is the easiest bit, 50% deposit or payment in full then wait for the event to roll round. Clients even have their own portal in which they can log in any time and change details, send messages and sign contracts.
On the business side of the system everything runs like clockwork, all the bookings appear in order, all conversations are logged and even text messages can be sent with complete ease via Twilio or Text Local. Your entire brand can be setup to look super slick, logos, fonts and colours can all be tweaked to make sure it matches your website.
On top of that there is even free access to Booth Gallery which syncs with your booking system to import names and dates so when you add the clients images it all works seamlessly. The galleries can be embedded in your website and storage is unlimited so you’ll never hit those annoying limits that are imposed by others such as Smugmug (we sadly used to be there too).
