2023 is go!

A New Year, another exciting round of photo booth madness to come!

We love looking ahead at all the events we’ve got booked, confirming details, tweaking things, making sure everything is perfect well ahead of time. Most of all we enjoy knowing that we’ll leave each event having entertained many guests and they’ll all have left with prints and great memories of their time being silly in our open-air vintage photo booth.

Feedback Is The Key

A big part of life at Picturematic is about perfecting the details and making sure not only are we hitting all the points our clients want but also collecting feedback to allow us to improve on the details we may have missed. One way we do it is to ask clients directly if there is anything we can be better at going forward. Thankfully this rarely comes back with many suggestions which we assume means we’re getting it right, hopefully. However we do try to encourage feedback of all kinds as it really does help.

Recently we started a TrustPilot account which has been fantastic for guaging our offering. We do use Google Reviews and Facebook but nothing quite meets the standard of TrustPilot. If you don’t know, TrustPilot isn’t simply a review platform, they use AI to check and verify the authenticity of reviews to make it less likely that people fake reviews on their platform and also they use a more fair system that can’t be squewed by a low star review. It can be a little confusing if people don’t understand the system, for example, Picturematic has 24 5* reviews yet on a TrustPilot scale that' is currently a 4.7* profile. Expanding Your Choices

As we head into 2023 we are looking to expand our offering and really start to give clients a range of different options to suite their events. This means countless hours spent designing things in 3D and then countless more hours in the workshop nailing the building of said 3D designs to bring them into the real world. Exciting times indeed.
